New agency, RPM Integre, to be established in Turkey
Appointment of Managing Director, RPM Integre
International Marketing & Sales Group (“IMSG”), the emerging markets focused sales and marketing company, today announced it has launched a new agency in Turkey. The company has been established with RPM Radar, a leading advertising agency, which was acquired by IMSG in March 2006. The new agency is called RPM Integre and will offer a broad range of below-the-line and above-the-line (“through-the-line”) sales and marketing services.
RPM Integre will be used as a platform to launch IMSG’s leading promotional marketing products, such as Key Account Management (KAM), in the Turkish market. These specialised marketing and sales support services will complement RPM Radar’s existing advertising business and the two agencies will work closely to offer existing and new clients a fully-integrated service.
RPM Integre will be jointly owned by the founders of RPM Radar, Paul McMillen and Fusun Gencsu, and IMSG. IMSG will contribute 70% of the working capital for the new venture, in line with its shareholding. Gregory Thain has been appointed as Chairman of RPM Integre.
Linda Campbell-Miller has been appointed as Managing Director of RPM Integre with immediate effect. Linda has spent the last five years with GLOBALTEAM International Marketing Consultants as a Regional Director, working with clients in Turkey, Europe and Africa. Building on previous experience in the drinks industry, she focused on restructuring beverage clients’ operational marketing, field-sales, promotions and merchandising systems. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of Creative IQ Turkey, which delivered innovative experiential ‘below-the-line’ marketing campaigns to FMCG and automotive industry clients in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Romania.
Linda has had a series of articles on merchandising published in Marketing Türkiye, the leading industry journal in Turkey. She has also lectured on below-the-line promotional activities and operational marketing / merchandising systems for the MBA Programme at Istanbul Technical University and at Ecole Superieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquees (ESLSCA), in Paris.
Commenting on the announcement IMSG Chairman, Gregory Thain, said:
"We have been working closely with RPM Radar since the beginning of this year and it is clear that there is a demand from clients and the wider market for a fully-integrated, through-the-line service. RPM Integre addresses this gap in the market and we are delighted to have attracted someone of Linda's calibre to lead the team. She has a wealth of experience in marketing and merchandising and has an in-depth understanding of the Turkish market."
Commenting on her appointment Linda Campbell-Miller said:
"This is an exciting opportunity to introduce new, innovative marketing services to the Turkish market. Many synergies exist between IMSG's local and international operations and my role will be to ensure that these are fully exploited. Personally, I am delighted to be back living in Istanbul and working in the Turkish business community."

Notes to Editors
- IMSG was founded in 1996 by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Gregory Thain.
- The Group was admitted to trading on AIM on 6 December 2005.
- Since 2002, the EBITDA of the Group has grown at a rate in excess of 100% per annum. IMSG has been profitable since 2000.
- The Group’s clients include multinational and first tier local companies operating in FMCG, telecommunications, retail trade, banking and finance, automotive, consumer electronics and pharmaceutical industries.
- IMSG currently has 20 offices in emerging markets: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Krasnodar (Russia), Kiev (Ukraine), Almaty Astana (Kazakhstan), Istanbul (Turkey), New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chenai, Kolcata, Hyderabad (India) and Budapest (Hungary).
- Key Account Management is a highly efficient outsourced sales service that enables suppliers to share costs of their retail sales operations – and significantly increase efficiency. An IMSG sales person concentrates on a single store all day (no time is wasted travelling between stores), and shares out his or her working day to a number of non-competing clients. The sales person's job is to ensure the client’s products are fully stocked, well displayed and strongly promoted in the store. The shared approach allows clients to reduce the cost of their sales teams while very substantially increasing work efficiency. The service is currently provided in Russia to a number of multinationals and leading local companies.
